Deep Tissue Massage

Utilizes slow strokes and direct pressure across the grain of the muscles with the fingers, thumbs or elbows. Deep tissue massage begins by softening the surface tissues, gradually working into the deeper muscles and connective tissue to release chronic muscle tension and relieve aches and pains.

Prenatal massage is tailored specifically to the needs of pregnant women and their changing bodies. Massage therapy performed during pregnancy may help reduce anxiety, decrease symptoms of depression, relieve muscle aches, joint pain, and back pain.
